The saddle is
supported by double crossbeam and the flexibility error
is eliminated thoroughly to supply driving system of
Y-axis with rapid and steady response capabilities. The
hydraulic balancing mechanism guarantees Z-axis with
excellent damping capability. The driving system for
X1/X2 axis with excellent positioning accuracy and
steady response capability includes following components
two AC servo motor with large inertia, ballscrews with
large lead，linear roller guideways with low displacement
damping. Rotating range of C axis directly driven by
torque motor is ±200°. Swing range of A-axis, a swing
axis, is ±110°. A-axis with highest speed 18000rpm is
directly driven by torque motor and an excellent
machining position can obtain when A-axis combines with
C axis.
