BW series high
speed horizontal machining centers adopt frame-type
construction of good rigidity with characteristics of
high machining accuracy, good dynamic performance, high
speed and fast tool changing etc. X, Y and Z-axis,
connected with main frame directly and driven by
adoption of linear roller cylinder guiding system and AC
servomotor, can obtain rapid speed of 60m/min and
accelerate speed of 10m/s2. The spindle is of high speed
motor spindle with max. rotation speed of 16000r/min.
The round type tool magazine, driven by AC servomotor,
can accomplish auto tool changing action within 3.5 sec.
Machines of this series are featured with high accuracy,
high speed and high efficiency.
